Many of the hors d’ouevres were done improperly and the entire burger station was missing over half of the ingredients, the appetizer of soup and salad consisted of the wrong recipe of soup and was inedible because of all the salt added, the salad had no garnish as promised, the main course was supposed to be cooked on premises but was cooked off site and therefore was dry, the pieces of dark meat chicken were so burned that people thought it was beef, guests were served only 2 green beans because they didn’t prepare enough food, the kids entree was inedible with a improperly made lemon sauce and tomato sauce that resembled tomato soup, the sweet table was missing 3 items, and the bar staff opened and uncorked 12 bottles of wine that were never served and could not be returned.
