This place is getting better. Now I love to come to this place on the weekend because I don't have to deal with the woman anymore but instead the new employment there make me impressed. He told me he only works there on the weekend. What's his name anyway?

very good pizza and excellent environment

I've lived in the area for about 4 years, so from time to time get a pizza from this place, it's not bad especially the pick up order special, however the older lady who seems to me to be either a manager or owner is incredibly RUDE and almost resents her own customers, almost every time i go there she has a scowl on her face and makes you feel as though you are a piece of dirt, she needs a serious lesson in customer service appreciation, if i ran this place she would be the first thing i would replace immedietely.

Toonie pizza canged to Express pizza and grill I love the Shawarma and Falafel there. Me and my family eat there at least once a week. The guy at the grill counter with the hat is the best. He jokes with us and serves us with all his heart. We will definately continue buying there. The women at the Pizza is very rude and unpleasant. I will not buy pizza there at all. But I will definately go to eat their shawarma.

I was super unimpressed with this place.

Over the course of three visits over a two week span (doing some repair week for my retired parents and pretty slim pickings for eats around Bathurst/Finch)

-twice waited for a significant amount of time at the counter before having to holler to get someone to serve me.
-Their customer interaction is a little abrupt. You want friendly? This ain't the place. It just seems they don't give a damn at times the impression they give customers.
-I asked for some hot pepper flakes for my pizza slice. The employee gave a long look before going back to get me some.
-pizza is pretty tasteless, yup, I'd take Pizza Pizza over it.

So keep your expectations low for food and service like I did and you'll leave without any complaints.

Their pizza USED to be excellent. Their service USED to be good. I just came from there after ordering one of their specials --- a large pizza with 3 toppings and 3 cokes... good thing they put the cokes in a plastic bag because the woman taking the orders was rude and didn't like me because I asked to see a menu. They didn't have any menus out and only had the prices for slices displayed. When I arrived home I had a bag full of coke -- there was a slit in the side of one of the coke tins... interesting how it didn't leak when it was standing in their cooler.

How come they are bussy all the time?

Only go here if you're desperate and even then think about calling some place else. They have the cheapest pizza in the area for price but it also tastes like it.

They've never heard of good customer service either. They treat every customer like they're being annoying. Selling beer is the only thing keeping them in business.

Despite a previous bad experience at Toonie Pizza, my family wanted to give this local business another chance. However, our recent visit to Toonie Pizza was disappointing and frustrating. We had placed a pick up order of their Toonie Classic in addition to a large pick up special. Unfortunately, we had not checked our order when we picked it up, which in hindsight was our mistake. When we arrived home, we realized we were missing two toppings on our pizzas, as well as, a root beer. I immediately called Toonie Pizza in hopes of identifying how this mistake was made. The woman who answered my call did not attempt to resolve the issue. Through her yelling, she had the audacity to blame the mistake on me. Instead of arguing with her, I requested to speak with a manager or the owner. I was informed he would call me, but despite several days, I have not received any call. It became clear Toonie Pizza does not care for their customers.

Not only was the customer service disappointing, so was the food. The pizzas were of terrible quality the crust was chewy and bland, while the toppings were sparse and did not taste fresh. I guess you do get what you pay for. Never again will we be visiting this establishment.

I've been going here for 2 years now, it's simply the best pizza in north york for the deal. 1 extra large pizza 3 toppings and 16 wings, 3 pops cellery and carrots with 2 dipping sauces, 29.09CDN.

My only issue is that this pizza is not good cold. Eat it fresh and it's the best. They make the best Hawaiian pizza ever!

always very good food for the buck and fast delivery, if you need cheap food and need to feed alot good quality pizza and wings this is the way to go.
