Although I have dined at this location many times in the past, on Sunday May 15th the service and food were poor. After ordering our family waited 20 minutes for our appetizer and then a further 50 minutes for our dinners. Although we spoke with the hostess and requested to speak with the manager, service did not improve. Eventually a staff (who did not identify herself) came to our table offering us a free dessert for waiting which we declined, had already been at the restaurant over an hour. When we finally received our meals, the ribs were overcooked and the food was overheated. When we received our bill, the appetizer cost was deducted which was little compensation for the poor service and food. I will not be returning to this location of Swiss Chalet. ..More Reviews
