I visited this store for the second time yesterday & I was not impressed with the service at all. This is the 2nd time the drive thru person "forgot" to give me straws. So I had to get out of my vehicle & go back to the drive thru to get straws. The lady was not very nice or genuinely apologetic! Also, after I drove away I noticed that she did not give us the 2 Kit Kat chocolate bars that were part of the EPIC combo. I truly think she did this on purpose. I will say the food was great--hot & fresh. BUT, I will not go back to this location as the service was terrible. I will definitely tell my friends & family not to go there. They should realize that great customer service means "repeat" business....and they have lost mine :( ..More Reviews
