Well have been to Happy Panda several times at their first the food was very good plentiful and tasty but just like most other buffet houses it seems as when they get a loyal clientele the quality and especially the taste of the food and quantity of food significantly dropped-Yes the communication with the staff is a major problem they give you a blank look when you ask them something in English You would think since they deal with customers a prerequisite would be to understand the lanquage?Thank You Mike from Scarborough ..More Reviews
