terrific service. excellent staff friendly, upbeat, and personable yet still professional. food was great too and promptly served to our table even though it was busy. have been to this location quite a number of times and am never let down by the food and service. always leave satisfied

Horrible service, and it wasn't even busy. My guest ordered a med-well, 8oz steak, and it came charred on one side (facing down). When she flipped it over, I could smell the char from across the table. Her brocolli came uncut as if they just bought a crown from Loblaws and boiled it - it took up half the plate! The base was rotten, and the buds were turning yellow. The server said that charred lines on the steak cannot be helped, and that the brocolli was fine. We had to argue to get it sent back, despite one side of the steak being completely black.

It took 30 mins to bring her a new meal, and I was left to eat very slowly and then enjoy my cold meal with hers. She asked for a 9oz wine while we waited, and got a 6oz, which was on the bill! Our server gave us dirty looks for asking to speak to the manager after the 20 min mark, and when the meal finally came out, the steak was quite pink in the middle, and in no way was it 8oz to begin with. The replacement brocolli was not rotten at the base, but still had yellow buds on top. The manager explained it was spices, but she was clearly clueless. We cut off a branch and washed it in water - still yellow. We were offered free dessert and turned it down, and only then did they take her meal off the bill.

This place is completely disfunctional when it comes to customer service, wait staff, management, and in the kitchen from 830 - 1000 on a Tuesday night. They cannot do anything right when it was slow, I'm scared to think about being there when it is busy. We will not be returning to that location ever, and likely not to any Moxie's for quite some time.

The service was horrible, extrememly slow and waitstaff completeley uninterested. The food was average. I would never go there again. Hopefully it was a bad day for them. regardless, not worth it.
