I just ordered food from the Yonge and Sheppard McDonald's location. After leaving I noticed the fries I ordered were not in the bag. I returned to the restaurant and they gave me the fries. Then I noticed the ketchup was not provided. I quickly returned and received the Ketchup. Finally I arrived home and noticed the kids toy of the Happy Meal is missing. I'm way to far to go back for the Toy not to mention 3 return visits for one order is ridiculous. This location seems to have some VERY absent minded employees. Quality control on order fulfillment is EXTREMELY POOR. Huge waste of our time and very disappointing. Advise, triple check your order if you go to this location. McDonald's headoffice should really investigate what is going on at this place!
as a regular McDonald's customer, i'd like to comment on the exceptionally poor service i received by mcdonald's employee's today. however, most of times my experience has been very good, but i was dissappointed to find out that the cashier misunderstood my order as i drove through the drive thru lane, after work with my son. as i got to the pickup window, after paying, i checked my order (mcChicken meal, no ice in coke and ice cream in a cup with tartar sauce on the side), i had no fries. when i inquired about my missing fries (didn't realize at the moment that tartar sauce was missing too), employee at the pick up window insisted that i ordered only the sandwich instead of the meal (it's cheaper to buy the meal than pay for coke separately with only sandwich). i didn't want to argue as i looked at the line of cars behind me. i wish i had insisted what i actually ordered instead of paying more for less and inquired about the missing sauce (which i paid for). she should've apologized, too instead of trying to tell me what i ordered (which i didn't, anyways). i hope this won't happen again as we all want to save money instead of paying extra by feeling ripped off. very dissappointed customer,
McDonalds ,Turn down the volume on your new commercial !!!! Its irritating, Im sure I speak for many Canadians..,we can hear just fine,
I went to McDonalds close to the corner of Bristol and Hurontario. they took my order then went to take the order of the next customer after me.. then while waiting ... the customer next to me got served first ahead of me. So, I complained.. instead I got a rude answer from one of them..... I called up customer relations and complained.. she said that she cannot do something about it...
