I have been going to Nino D'aversa for a number of years, out of which the restaurant on Yonge Street is wonderful, as is the one in Aurora. Last Friday six of us went to the one on Keele Street, had a wonderful pizza that was to die for, and then ordered two Latte, two cappuccino and one regular coffee. Much to our surprise they were all cold - we notified our server, and she took away the two Latte and the one regular coffee. The manager then came with an agenda, and attitude telling us that we drank the latte and she will not replace them. GEE this manager must be REALLY totally dumb - the latte was noticed as being cold when the foam was consumed which was half the cup. In conclusion at the end of the stay, I usually leave a 20% tip, I paid the bill and left ZERO as a tip - now you tell me who lost to try and save the cost of two latte? That particular establishment will no longer be frequented by me nor my friends or relatives. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - I would have rated the Pizza fantastic, but the rating goes down to poor, only because of the ridiculous customer service and manager - maybe the D'Aversa family should consider in firing her for potentially loosing business.
