Today I called in Pho 88 on 5197 Yonge Street for a pick-up order. I ordered a rice with grilled meats & asked for a small soup on the side to compliment the rice. The person taking my order said it'll cost $1 extra, so I agreed. When I went to pick up my order I realized after paying that they have charged me 65 cents extra to the bill (after taxes), which I didn't mention since it wasn't a big amount. However, when I opened my soup I found that what they had given me was just plain broth, with no greens (onions & cilantro) that habitually comes with it. Maybe I should have to let them know (& not assume it) that they should present their food to make it look at least edible. The only reason anyone can like this broth is due to the added green. It's bad enough I have to tolerate the extra salt & msg they add to it, but to drink it plain is really disgusting. So I am quite disappointed with their overall service today. I would prefer to let them know in person, but I have already wasted enough time & money on this place today. I really hope they will read this comment as I do not wish to have to boycott this restaurant or recommend others to do so as well. ..More Reviews
