AWESOME PLACE THE STAFF ROCKSSSS

Staff never seem to be very well-versed in their products. Rarely pleasant to customers. Cakes ordered aren't ready for pick-up by customers. No manager is ever available, or supervisor.

I was extremely dissapointed in this location, for it's poor customer service. I was at this location with my 16 yr old niece at about 1020 pm. Upon our arrival the first thing we noticed was the Open sign light off..unsure, we went to see if it was open and it was. When we walked in the only thing you noticed was really loud rap music (93.5fm radio station) which made it hard to hear and talk, the girl who served us even leaned forward to hear what we were asking for, while a father and his two young children were sitting down eating dq ice cream, I though how innapropriate for a family restaurant.
when we walked up to order we waited while four employees kept to themselves working away till about 2 minutes later our orders were finally taken. We had checked the website before because we were ordering for my fiancee as well and what we first asked for the girl looked at us as though we were from another planet and said with a rude attitude
